Performance & Reliability

Because the 1525 and 1545 share an identical keyboard tray from this Inspiron generation, one verified part number covers both reliably. Compatibility

Fits Dell Inspiron 1525 and 1545 laptops sharing part number P446J. Confirm your exact model before ordering.

Safety & Quality Standards

Every keyboard is inspected for correct pinout, key travel, and frame fit before shipping, protecting your motherboard connector from damage during installation.

Easy Installation

Power off and unplug the laptop, remove the battery, release the keyboard retaining screws or clips, disconnect the ribbon cable, and fit the new keyboard by reversing the steps. Any laptop repair technician in Kenya can also fit it for you.

Ideal Users & Use Cases

Ideal for home users and students running the Dell Inspiron 1525/1545 who need a fast, affordable fix for missing or unresponsive keys. This suits students on a tight budget who would rather repair a working laptop than buy a new one, families keeping an older Inspiron in service as a secondary home computer, and repair shops that regularly see this long-lived Inspiron generation come in for servicing. It is also a sensible option for anyone who values this laptop’s reliability and simply needs the keyboard restored to full function.
