1. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

2. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted. Full payment is required before dispatch. Partial payments or deposit arrangements must be agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. TechSpot Kenya is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, TechSpot Kenya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
