Shipping Information

We deliver to all 47 counties across Kenya. Orders are dispatched from our Nairobi store, Monday–Saturday.

1. Delivery Timelines

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email confirmation with tracking details. For real-time updates, you can also WhatsApp us your order number.

4. Matatu-Based Courier Services

For towns served by reliable matatu routes, we can dispatch parcels through vetted matatu-based courier services. We confirm the route, pickup point, driver or office contact, and delivery cost with you before dispatch.

5. Secure Packaging

All laptops are packed in double-walled boxes with foam protection to prevent transit damage. We do not use branded packaging that would identify the contents as electronics.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails (customer unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will attempt re-delivery the following business day. After 2 failed attempts, the item is returned to our store and a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Click & Collect

You can also collect your order for free from our store at Bihi Towers, 4th Floor, Suite 10, Moi Avenue, Nairobi. Orders are ready for collection within 2 hours of confirmed payment.
